To use your Gift Card or Donor Voucher, please call 540-984-3972 and leave a detailed message with your name, phone number, and gift card/voucher number. The Box Office will return your call to confirm your reservation prior to the performance. No gift cards or donor vouchers will be accepted without Box Office confirmation.

TICKET RESALE POLICY
Theatre Shenandoah reserves the right to sell any unclaimed tickets to walk-in patrons if tickets are not claimed at the box office by 5 minutes prior to performance.
TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY
Once purchased, tickets may not be exchanged for other performance dates. through the theatre. To exchange tickets please contact Showtix4u
SEATING POLICY
General Admission seating is on a first come, first served basis. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show.
PHOTO POLICY
Photos in Theatre Shenandoah are not permitted at any time during a performance, including the pre-show. If you’d like to take pictures of the Theatre, we don’t blame you! After performances, the cast will escort you back into the theatre to take photos at your request.
PLEASE BE ON TIME
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
SEVERE WEATHER POLICY
Performances continue as scheduled unless we experience a loss of power or extremely dangerous conditions at Theatre Shenandoah. Please watch the website for postings if there are severe weather conditions.
