Lights, Camera, ACTION! Join Us for Theatre Shenandoah's Youth Summer Camp! This summer, give your child the chance to shine on (and off!) the stage with Theatre Shenandoah's exciting youth summer camp! From July 7th to July 24th, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, kids aged 10-18 will delve into the magical world of theatre. More Than Just Acting! This isn't just about learning lines; it's a full immersion experience! Campers will explore every aspect of bringing a production to life, including: Acting: Develop performance skills, stage presence, and character development. Tech: Discover the magic behind the scenes with lighting, sound, and stage management. Costumes: Learn about costume design, creation, and the art of transforming into a character. Set Design: Unleash creativity by building and painting sets that transport audiences to another world. Showtime! The grand finale? A spectacular performance the weekend of July 25th-27th! Family and friends are invited to attend free of charge to witness the amazing results of the campers' hard work and dedication. Fueling Creativity: Campers should bring their own lunch, but we'll keep their energy levels up with provided snacks and water throughout the day.
