What kind of parking is available?

There is street parking with handicapped parking right outside the door. There is also a parking lot behind our building that we can use after business hours of the business located next door.

No. We do not have an elevator but we do have a stair lift.

How do I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets on our website at https://www.theatreshenandoah.org/tickets. Limited tickets may be available at the Box Office an hour prior to the performance. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks.

Can I get a refund if I cannot make the show?

All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. If you would like to receive a donation receipt in lieu of attendance, please email boxoffice@theatreshenandoah.org.

Can I get tickets at the door?

We have limited tickets available for purchase at the door. The doors open one hour prior to the start of the show. Tickets purchased at the door are first come, first-served. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to the start of the show, no exceptions.
