Frozen Jr. Youth Camp
Sponsorship Application

Please complete and submit this form in order to apply for a partial or full sponsorship of a child to Theatre Shenandoah's Summer Youth Camp. We will review all applications and do our best to award the precious funds given by our generous donors to children who would not be able to attend without some financial assistance. The more information you provide, the better we will able to understand your need and make careful decisions.

The full price of camp is $325. Indicate the amount you are able to pay towards this registration so that we can stretch ouf funding to accommodate as many as possible.

You must provide or arrange for transportation to get the camper to and from camp. If your application is approved, you will receive an email from us with a registration link included. You must use the link in the email to officially register the child for camp and pay any additional funds if necessary. If the child does not show up for camp after being given a sponsorship, they will not be eligible to receive a sponsorship again in the future.
