Children's Camp Sponsorship

How can I apply for a Camp Sponsorship?

We are pleased to be able to provide full or partial sponsorships for children to attend our Camp! Our sponsorships are provided entirely by our wonderful donors. We have a limited amount of funds available, so we want to make the best-informed decisions when awarding them.

Anyone who wishes to request sponsorship funds for their child to attend camp can fill out an application.

Before applying, please understand the following conditions:

  • There may not be funds available. If that is the case, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Sponsorship applications must be received by the deadline of June 15th.

  • We will notify you by email about the status of your application on or before July 1st.

  • A parent or adult must fill out the application form.

  • If your application is approved, you will receive an email from us with a registration link included. You must use the link in the email to officially register the child for camp and pay any additional funds if necessary.

  • You must provide or arrange for transportation to get the camper to and from Camp located at Theatre Shenandoah, 107 Center Street, Edinburg, VA.

  • If the child does not show up for camp after being given a sponsorship, they will not be eligible to receive a sponsorship again in the future.
